Paramount Rehab Center is an in-network provider for Health First Colorado — Colorado’s Medicaid program. For most members, treatment with us has zero out-of-pocket cost. That includes residential, intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient therapy, medication-assisted treatment, dual diagnosis care, family programming, and lifetime alumni community access.
What Medicaid covers at Paramount
- Medical detox for alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, and other substances requiring supervised withdrawal
- Residential treatment (30 to 90 days, depending on clinical need)
- IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) — 9 to 15 hours per week

What if I’m not sure I qualify for Medicaid?
Many people qualify for Health First Colorado and don’t know it. Eligibility in Colorado is based on income and household size — for a single adult, you may qualify with annual income up to about $20,000. Coverage extends to families, pregnant individuals, and certain other categories.
