Paramount Rehab Center serves the Greenwood Village and Denver Tech Center community from our Aurora facility, about 15–20 minutes via I-225. Executive-track residential, evening IOP, and the kind of clinical discretion working professionals need.

The Denver Tech Center’s recovery option.

Greenwood Village is small in population — about 16,000 — but it anchors the southeastern Denver Tech Center business district, with daily commuters from Lone Tree, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, and Aurora. Substance use disorder among working professionals is one of the most underdiagnosed health issues in the metro: high-functioning, high-pressure, and often hidden until it isn’t.

We’re about 10 miles east via I-225 — a 15 to 20 minute drive most days. Far enough that a colleague isn’t going to spot a car in our parking lot. Close enough that family visits and step-down outpatient don’t disrupt life.

Why DTC professionals come to Paramount

Privacy outside the DTC medical network. A real concern for executives, attorneys, physicians, and finance professionals in the Tech Center: visibility within the local medical community matters. Paramount is far enough outside the DTC ecosystem to provide that distance, with the same clinical quality.

Career-aware scheduling. Our evening IOP track (6–9 pm, three days per week) is built for clients who need to keep working through treatment. After residential, most DTC clients step down to evening IOP — minimal disruption to a working calendar.

Strong commercial insurance. Most DTC residents have Anthem, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, or Kaiser through their employer. We’re in-network with most major carriers. Verification is free and takes about a minute.

Confidentiality reinforced by federal protections. All clinical communication is protected by HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 — the strictest federal protections in the country for addiction treatment records. We don’t share information with employers, spouses, or anyone else without your explicit written consent.

Programs DTC clients use most

Brief residential, then IOP. For executives, the most common path is 21 to 40 days residential followed by IOP — long enough for medical stabilization and the cognitive work, short enough that career disruption is manageable. Many use FMLA or short-term disability during the residential phase.

IOP as the primary level of care. When residential isn’t required, evening IOP three days per week works around even demanding work calendars. Hybrid in-person/telehealth available once stabilized.

Executive outpatient track. For clients who don’t require residential or IOP but want regular clinical support, weekly individual therapy plus psychiatric medication management. Fully telehealth-eligible.

Discreet medication management. Bupreonorphine, naltrexone, and other FDA-approved medications managed by our medical team. No employer notification. No insurance claims that signal anything unusual.

Getting here from Greenwood Village

  • From the Denver Tech Center (Belleview / Arapahoe Rd): ~18 minutes via I-225 north to Iliff exit
  • From Greenwood Village neighborhoods: ~15–20 minutes via I-225 north
  • From Westin / Hyatt area: ~16 minutes via I-225 north

I-225 is the direct route. Traffic at rush hour can add 10 minutes but never more.

Coverage for Greenwood Village residents

Most professional clients have strong commercial insurance through DTC employers — we’re in-network with all the major carriers. For self-pay clients (which is more common in this market than people assume — professionals choosing to pay privately for additional discretion), we offer transparent rates with payment plans available. Free, confidential verification in about a minute.

The Long Game

We don't disappear
at discharge.

Recovery isn't a 30-day program. It's the next 30 years. Our work begins at admission — but most of it happens after, in the months and years where most rehabs go silent.

Common Questions

The questions most often asked.

Real questions, real answers. If you don't see yours here, call — our admissions team is trained for the hard ones.

Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. We are an in-network provider for Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid) across all program levels. For most members, treatment is fully covered with no out-of-pocket cost. We verify benefits before any commitment.
What if I have commercial insurance?
We are in-network with most major commercial carriers — Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem, Kaiser, Humana, TRICARE — and work with most other plans on an out-of-network basis. Verification takes about 60 seconds and is free.
I don't have insurance. Can I still get treatment?
Yes. We offer transparent self-pay rates, sliding-scale options, and flexible payment plans. We can also help you check Medicaid eligibility — many people qualify and don't know it. Call us and we'll walk through it together.
How fast can I (or my loved one) be admitted?
Most callers are admitted within 24–48 hours of the first conversation. For acute cases — including detox — same-day admission is often possible.
Is the program confidential?
Absolutely. Your treatment is protected by HIPAA and by 42 CFR Part 2 — the strictest federal protections in the country for addiction records. We do not share information with employers, family, or anyone without your written consent.
Do you offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT)?
Yes. We provide buprenorphine, naltrexone, methadone coordination, and other FDA-approved medications where clinically indicated. MAT is one tool — never used in isolation, never withheld out of stigma.
What's the alumni program like?
Free for life. Weekly community meetings, sponsor matching, milestone celebrations, and a direct line back to your original clinical team. About 1,800 Paramount alumni are active in the community right now.
What if I relapse?
You call us. Same number, same team. Relapse is part of recovery for many people — not a reason to start over with strangers. We re-engage, adjust the care plan, and keep going.

The call you've been putting off
is the one that changes
everything.
